Seamus over Jess (my avatar) huh? I dunno, Seamus is a grumpy Irish bugger and Jess is his dopey son.

I think I'll stick to Jess, unless it looks really cool!

Quote:

with a gum eraser for softer surfaces (like newsprint or various soft surfaces) and a Polymer eraser for harder surfaces (or any surface that will bond to the gum eraser, such as canvis)

I've always used Vynal erasers and Hb on standard 115 paper, with disposable 0.1, 0.3, and 0.8 technical pens.

But I suppose it's all just prefference, I mean DCS uses brushes but I'd never even consider it the way my hands shake!

I agree with you. Jess has this perplexed/confused/awkward look on his face that fits very well into these forums.

I prefer Jess too. Sorry I didn't comment earlier, but despite how well you drew him, I really don't think Sheamus works as well for your avatar.

He's based on Dylan Moran's character, Bernard Black, from Black Books. Basically, he's a grumpy Irish border collie mix.
