Well, get a new one soon.

Just curious, how did it die? It might be reviveable. Although I'm not exactly an expert on video cards...

Aww, that really sucks... *Glomps Holyman, then sends Millie (my alter ego, NOT the comic strip character) there to "fix" the problem... or at least Holyman, anyway. *
This signature may spontaneously combust at any given moment. Make sure there's a fresh can of gasoline handy.

Remember, call in the next ten minutes to recieve your Absolutely Free Official Llewellyn Inaction Figure! [Shipping, Handling, and resulting Dragon Conspiracies not included]

You could also try upping the AGP voltage, and making sure there is adiquite cooling, that could get it working temporarily. However, I would get a replacement ASAP. I would recomend an ATI Radeon "x" series, or 9800 series. They seem to be very fast at every game except Doom 3, as nVidia optomized they're drivers specifically for that game. (The Linux version actually runs faster on ATI cards.)

Sorry to hear about your card; that blows. If you're looking for a new one, I'd take Ruedii's advice; I have a Radeon 9800 XT and have never had any issues with it.
