Apparently Parcheesi is the same as Ludo. Anyway, I always found this whole "house rules" thing quite funny.

So, dragons represent some vague minority that could be either black or gay and in this comic they have a world-spanning conspiracy? Huh.This is, I believe, the first real hint that dragons have a whole secret world, full of outlandish traditions and well-guarded secrets. It would up a lot in the coming years.
