I remember DCS complaining about the perspective not being able to keep still in this one. I don't think it matters, it was executed very well and I like it.

I've always liked this comic. Sort of simple, but not bad.

So she's just sitting naked in a tub full of toys? That's not kosher.

I take baths for fun, now, whether I need them or not. That might be why I eventually stopped writing strips in which Millie tries to get out of taking hers. Or maybe I'd just thought of all the bath avoidance jokes I was ever going to.

This just made me realize how hosed up the perspective is in the first panel.
Who sleeps shall awake, greeting the shadows from the sun
Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...

I think it's simply a matter of Millie wondering if she can put one over on her mom.

Somebody find the Calvin and Hobbes strip where Calvin just sits in an empty tub saying "I obey the letter of the law if not the spirit" when his mother tells him to get in the tub.

Calvin's mom seems quicker on the uptake than Ms. Mudd.

Calvin's mom is sharp as a tack, unlike his dad.

His dad wanted a dog.
Then they could go out like this all the time.

I think he lived by some rather admirable philosophies though.

I totally agree with biking in blizzards.
