That actually makes a ton of sense, except for the strip title. It was bad enough when I was on a slow connection and the title loaded before the strip itself and, in the worst cases, spoiled the strip before I could read it. I would definitely shift that back down under.

It's not like you won't be scrolling that far to see the whole strip anyway.
