I dual boot, though I actually find myself using Vista most of the time these days. Weird.
I don't have the time lately to eff around with Ubuntu.

Linux isn't an IDE. Hell, it's not even an operating system, it's a kernel. And Unix should never ever be written in all capital letters (it's not an acronym), unless you are referring to a specific implementation which meets the so-called "Single UNIX® Specification"... and then you'd have to call it UNIX®.Yeah, it does sound kind of backwards...Wait, you use Linux for everything, and the one thing you don't use it for is PROGRAMMING?? *facepaws*
I mean, Linux, much like UNIX before it, is an IDE...
Wow, and I don't even know what an IDE is.
This is like c8world all over again.

Who sleeps shall awake, greeting the shadows from the sun
Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...

Technicalities... You get the pointLinux isn't an IDE. Hell, it's not even an operating system, it's a kernel. I get the point and I agree with you.
But you know how some people have pet peeves? Unix/UNIX is one of mine. And I know exactly why... on one of my first days of college, this asshole professor was telling us how to write a resumé, and as an example he said "Unix is an acronym so capitalize it!" The guy was 100% wrong, and was a total prick in general, so from then on I still feel a little pain in the back of my neck when I see somebody write "UNIX" when they're not speficially referring to Single UNIX® Specification.
Wow, I did kinda jump down your throat about something so pointless. I'm sorry. What's worse is, I've almost certainly done it before, to other random people (not on here)...

This is like that time I was held for ransom in the hills near Mountain Valley on account that I was believed to be Colonel Jackson T. Rockingham, the president of the Sunrise & Edenville Tap Railroad, mayor of Mountain Valley and chairman of the Perry County board of immigration and public improvements. </obscure>
