Holy crap, Niko - You're PERFECT for Jeremy!! You should record more! only thing I'd suggest is this - try holding the microphone at the side of your mouth so that your breath doesn't "pop" the mic. it's a little difficult to hear. But I can tell that it's AWESOME! Great job!!

I agree for both voices..! To be honest, it would make sense the voice actor be the same for family related characters. That way, they sounds as if actually related.

I always figured Llewellyn as having a Welsh accent, considering his name and all.

I could do some of the voices if y'all want. Probably for minor adult characters.

And You do sound good for Ozy. Llewellyn is Certainly better on your voice then mine.

CodeCat, you just made me giggle insanely with pleasure. I'd love to be Ozy. I'd feel like I was cheating the universe, though... it would just be too awesome for me to handle. hehehe, Ozy's my hero

moddex - I completely agree with you, but it's true that Ozy and Llewellyn aren't actually related. However, since they've lived together for so long, I don't know what kind of influence that would have on Ozy's voice. Hrmm....something to ponder...

That's a good point, Rooster. I hadn't made that connection, but it makes perfect sense - if you can do a welsh accent, then upload some voice clips!! =) if you can't, just email them to me and I'll upload them on my website.

I'm really happy to see so many people already excited about this!

The second one is a bit muffled, but the first is very good! I like it! To make it a bit more audible, you should maximise the volume of the recording after you've recorded it.

As a point of interest, what kind of audio software and microphones is everyone here using?

I habe two, One is Just a generic MS Sound Recorder that installed with the Mic.

The Other is Audacity, Because the first causes WAY to much static no matter what.

and The second id supposed to be kinda muffled, that was purposeful.

The sound quality is fine for this - I can make some adjustments if the need arises! It's awesome, Niko!! I've recorded something along with that and I'll post in in just a few minuts - I'm almost finished!!

Seriously, that rocks! We've got to make sure the storyline involves Jeremy!!

I'm using a Marshall MXL 990 condenser microphone, and I'm recording with Cubase SX... a bit excessive for web cartoons, I know, but... I use it for music, mostly =)

Audacity is good for recording. I briefly experimented with ripping audio tunes from GameCube games with it (I have my GC hooked up to my Line In and TV Tuner).

FYI, Sound Recorder gets a makeover in Vista. Because
MS bundles WMP, Sound Recorder's playback of WAVs isn't necessary. So instead it's turned into a simple bar with a record button. It's also given a new filename to differentiate it from the old sndrec32.exe.

Just one of the interesting little things I saw in the Vista beta.
