I dunno. Outside of knowing that Millie's uncomfortable wearing skirts, most likely (at least at this point in time), it's not that bad.

Given the careful cultivation of 'anti-cool-kid' that Millie does, though, shouldn't 'dweeb' be an almost-compliment?

While Millie doesn't want to conform to fashion trends she still worries about looking good in her own way. This is why she got upset when cocoa was spilled on her. Wearing the uniform is not cool nor is it unique or her own idea.

Actually, I think she looks pretty good in her uniform. Like a small, female, vulpine version of the guitarist from AC/DC.
