A surprising amount of early Ozy and Millie strips were secretly about Clinton.Around this time, the expression "scandal fatigue" was being used in the press a lot. I'm not sure why I didn't use it in the strip. I probably would, if I wrote this today.

I've never heard a school orchestra NOT mangle whatever piece they're trying to play.
