Also, Starbucks caused the death of a decent cup of tea in this country. £1.60 for a watery teabag? Sod off.

Llewellyn by himself keeps it in business. He goes through three dozen organic-grande-caramel-mocha-espresso-macchiato-with toffee nut and whipped cream and a croissant on the side a day.
