I thought he was supposed to be the owner, not necessarily a salesman. If Jim Studley owned a series of used car establishments then the butler would be feasible.How does a used car salesman afford a butler?! Srsly!?!

It's soooooo hard not to psychoanalyze all these rerun strips/commentary.Although Jeremy has exhibited a willingness to hit a girl if goaded into it, there remains a double standard: if you're a girl, it's wrong for another kid to hit you. If you're a boy, well, there are those who will argue that "boys will be boys" and "it's just part of growing up."
In adulthood, that's called assault.
