Clearly, Millie brought Ernest downstairs with her to open presents and then briefly abandoned him to revel in materialistic glee.I'm not entirely sure why Ernest the rubber duck is under the tree. Did she get him again? Did she get a replacement Ernest, and if so, what befell the original? I don't know the answers to these questions.

The book collection is copyright 2006 so it might have been before that? Iunno.
