I like to think that Avery's saying this exact same thing to every single person he sees, just wandering around and actively seeking them out to complain.
And he calls every last one of them 'Millie'.

How do you put a polo shirt on backwards? It would be hard to button it but not realize its backwards.

If you didn't notice the shirt then what would explain Millie's look of amusement in the last panel? Did you just assume she was checking out Avery's ass as he walked away?
