The idea, I take it, is that Millie had wanted tickets to that concert herself.

Naw, she just doesn't want someone she doesn't like to be having a good day.
Who sleeps shall awake, greeting the shadows from the sun
Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...

Millie threw her drink atop Felicia, if you weren't aware.

There is an Aesop story about a fox who wants to eat some grapes but he can't reach them so he decides that since he can't get the grapes they are probably sour and no goo anyways. The moral is that it is easy to despise what you can't have.

Aesop didn't address the issue but its also pretty easy to despise what you do have, especially when it comes to printers that won't print the paper you have due in an hour.

I remember when I was 10, dropping my favourite mug on the floor was a nightmare that constantly kept me thinking about the unfairness of life.

Gravity sucks, man.
Nothing makes a bad mood worse like someone you hate being happy for reasons that on some level offend you.
Arloest is closest without going over.
That which does not kill me, cripples me for life.

But that doesn't have anything to do with sour grapes.

But that doesn't have anything to do with sour grapes.
Or even regular grapes.
