Even Millie finds it hard to believe that they have friends rather than just sarcast targets. I salute you DCS; this is metafiction at its best.
At the time I wrote this storyline, my best friend was spending a lot of time with another friend, and I was feeling kind of insecure about it. So I worked through it in cartoon form.

How old was DCS when he started doing O&M? (No, this is not an insult. I doubt he was a tot, but it seems odd for an adult to feel.)

Nah, I think anyone at any age could relate to this arc. I know I sure can right now.
Who sleeps shall awake, greeting the shadows from the sun
Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...

I as well. My college friends have gone on to different graduate schools and don't talk to me nearly as much any more.

Who're you people again, and why do I have a password for this place?

And where's my whisky?

And where's my whisky?
Locke drank it all while he was still of legal drinking age.

Locke? Isn't he dead and floating around some island somewhere as black smoke?
