Heh, it looks sorta like the Dragon Illuminati emblem asked the question. But I'm more amused by the idea that the asker, influenced by Peyote, might be a coyote.

Hm, PJs may be an apt description for them. Now that I look again, it's rather informal for addressing a political audience. Can you imagine a human boy showing off his chest in this context?
