Yay for the goldenrod, Octan!
This strip is better than I remembered. I must have looked at the random references to see-saws, Pavarotti, the Trilateral Commission (which at the time meant nothing to me), and Gallagher without actually picturing the gestalt. Llewellyn would need a sharp mind to assemble that story on the spot. Step aside, Bill Starbuck.

I actually sent this with an extra, optional layer that gave a yellower tinge to stuff, as per the candlelight:
...with the understanding that Caigan could choose whether or not to un-hide it before creating the JPEG. It's not on the site, but I figured I'd throw it in for the sake of comparison.
