Loving the sepia effect. I wonder how you did that, did you just colour it like that or did you do it as normal and then apply the effect afterwards?

Applied it afterwards. I can tell because there's a sepia tone to the gray pixels that antialias the lettering. If he'd applied it only to the color layer it wouldn't do that, btw.
It is a good effect though. Reminds me of "Crankshaft" flashbacks.

I really like the sepia.
Maybe, in the color version, he ought to be yellow; maybe he's an ancestor of Kevin, from Newshounds. There's certainly a resemblance.

The colorings of all the comics with the Sheriff are done.
Besides, Kevin from Newshounds is the Brother of Raine, where I got the color scheme from. So it all works out in the end.
