Well, I've seen some dragons with hair (Isolde, and the female dragon in this one...) in some strips covering the first family reunion. One could argue that those were wigs, too, so the truth of the matter has yet to be solved.

Hmm.. It could be another dragon conspiracy.

Tavis, I think you've summed it up right there!

Maybe the curse was screwed up even further, and only fur is affected but not hair.
that would also explain why it only happens to Ozy and not his dragon relatives, Although Llewellyn does mention that the curse didn't bother Percival because he had a wig. Maybe because it was a wig it just randomly fell off sometimes and Percival assumed it was related to the curse. Who's to say?

oooooooooog.

I know it's still far from a current topic, but this morning's "breakfast in a biscuit" reminded me of another running gag about how Millie's eyes are bigger than her stomach.

Sorry.. I was referring to something I ate this morning, not something that was featured on Ozy and Millie...

This morning, I made the foolish mistake of ordering a huge breakfast that could barely be held with both hands because I needed to have something fast.. and then eating it. Think of it as a McDonald's bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit scaled up to about twice the diameter, with ham steaks replacing the bacon, and that describes it fairly well. Suddenly, vegetarianism sounds inviting.

I doubted that it was an O&M reference, but I didn't know if it was one of those breakfast news shows, like one i just heard about titled 'Cold Pizza'. Thanks for clearing that up... you know, now all of a sudden i'm really hungry.

Mr. Simpson forgot the one where ozy gets shaved during school picture day.

BTW, what was teapot dome and how would it disillusion llewellyn?

i like the running gag where Llewellyn keeps taking Ms. Mudd out and keeps... uhh... flawing it somehow. the mini-golf, the boogers at dinnertime... if that is a running gag

I'm not very sure, but I think Teapot Dome was a political scandal (what else?) that occurred some time ago. Some time being a few decades.

Probably got more media coverage than it was worth.

Yay! A Millie Drenching someone with a hose strip! All Millie drenching strips would be in my top ten.
But then they are hassling something stoopid that Dubya has just done, so how could I resist.

And Ozy looks funny without his hat.

BTW Teapot Dome was an oil field set aside for the US Navy, The field was secretly leased to friends of the Secretary of the Interior for private exploitation, and received substantially "loans" in return. People found out, there was a huge scandal and in trial the Secretary was found guilty of accepting bribes. OOh and this was all in the 1920's
