Yeah...I always do that when I find a comic I like...I read "megatokyo" and "SinFest" cover-to-cover, so to speak, upon discovering them. Terrible habit. It takes forever.

I downloaded the archives last week. I only did half on a dialup but it only took about 2 1/2 hours for the half of them, Its the naming them that takes the time.

Naming them!?
Why would you name them?

Just have Irfanview sort them into name order and then the timeline is complete!
Victory shall be irrelevant!

Well I'm creating a personal database so I can find a strip quickly and naming them helps with that. I'm keeping the dates on them too. so they are "om19980717 - The little, unremembered acts of kindness" as an example for the "blue string" strip. I jsut finished my final exams and have alot of time on my hands.

It was inevitable, really.. I was just waiting to see who would be the first one to snap with a link to the first comic when msoya posted the complaint about always clicking the next arrow.

I'd have done it myself, but then I wouldn't have known who else would do it.. *grin* Oh well.

Luckily for me after the first year it takes you to the 1999 archive page, giving poor me a chance to escape. If it had just kept going, I'm sure I would have.

They say he who thinks himself wise is, in fact, not. But he who doesn't say he is wise is actually the wise one. This kinda sucks, because if you are wise then you can't get any of the benefits of knowing about it! Meanwhile, the stupid people who know they're stupid get the title of wise. That, and you can go back and forth from wise to unwise saying "I'm wise! Wait, that means I'm not wise. No wait, that means I'm wise again! Oh, wait, not anymore. I'm wise! I'm not wise. I'm wise! I'm not wise." It goes on like that...

Well I think sombody can be wise and know it. Nobody is ever completly wise but wisdome IS relative. Aslong as the person is being objective they can claim they're wise if they think they truly are.
