A lot of kids read this book when they are little because of school reading lists, except for me, it wasn't assigned.
R.I.P. Mrs. L'Engle!
Anyone else read the book or remember her?

I've always meant to read it, but just never seem to get around to it. (That and the Hitchhiker's Guide series.)

I read all four books in the Time Quartet. A Swiftly Tilting Planet was my favorite.

She's solidly in my top 5 best authors ever.
She'll be missed greatly, and now I have to go read some of her books.

An elementary teacher read A Wrinkle in Time aloud to my class. I couldn't follow it then. Only on break from college did I get the urge to give it another go. This time, I did the reading aloud. And it was fun. I was not aware of more than one sequel, I'm afraid.
Here's to you, Ms. L'Engel.

Rest in peace, Madeleine!
I loved her books when I was a kid. She will be greatly missed!
