I'm currently listening to the CBC, and it would seem that Pakistan intends to lay mines along its border with Afghanistan, supposedly to prevent Taliban from crossing , but many wonder what impact this well have on refugees .
Currently, our government seems to be doing very little about this, considering that we were the ones who started the ban on landmines in the first place.

Thoughts?

Landmines are possibly the most evil of all weapons we currently own. Not only during war, but afterwards. As anyone that lives in some areas of Africa, the balkans, and Flanders (Belgium) will tell you.

Pakistan should just shut up in my opinion. They're always bitching about something
