While it makes one feel like singing "ding-dong the witch is dead", it really doesn't make much difference to the company. Sure, they won't have the same CEO but everybody else is the same.

A large chunk of that responsibility is likely to fall to Ozy, who is well known in the technology industry but does not have anything close to the pop celebrity status of Gates, Microsoft's co-founder and chairman.
