that's illegal.<br><br>According to the U.S. Constitution (or was it the Bill of Rights?):<br><br>"No American citizen shall receive a title of honor from a foreign country" (or something like that)

I just searched a website presenting the Constitution (which includes the Bill of Rights, BTW), and that prohibition does not exist. It is illegal for the U.S. or any of its states to grant a title of honor.
