To be fair, most people who hate Bush do have intelligent reasons for it...

One is his governing if it may be called that. He really doesn't make any "real" decisions, he just shows up here and there, signs some less important bills and documantes, and it's shown how he relaxes.
Chany and the guy that made his campaign are the ones who are in power, they tell him what to do and not to do, what to say and not to say, where to go and not to go, they controled him like a puppet and what I hate is that he lets them to treat him like a puppet and evan worse he supports thoes two and theire co workers to make the control evan stronger, and he is still suporting Chany, evan if in a few months he's not the president anymore.

What does separation of powers have to do with a theory about Cheney controlling Bush's actions? I was under the impression that separation of powers was meant to be between the three branches of the government and between separate offices within those branches.

I was not aware that it was created as an improper retort to a theory (however unlikely) that the vice president is using the president as a puppet.
