At the risk of being unpopular, I will take this at face value. Saying all pedophiles are child molesters is a little like saying all gay men rape other men. I said a little.I am not quite sure where you got that conclusion, but much information has been to the contrary, such that many of those who have sexually assaulted a child had also raped weaker adults, been abusive in other forms, or had merely committed a crime of opportunity, and their motives are not necessarily pedophilia. Also, there are a number of "pedophiles" who also consider sexual abuse reprehensible, regardless of the victim's age. More likely than not, they will be the ones first in line to retaliate against anyone who would dare harm a child.The only reason Pedophilia is worse than any other demented fetish is that in almost all cases, there is a victom.
Still, the legalization of underage sex seems way too much of an encouragement for pedophiles to practice coersion or forceful techniques to obtain anything they can claim as consent, and well, I don't believe there are enough responsible people out there to prevent such an admendment from being misused.

If you mean the legality thing, sex with animals is not illegal in the Netherlands. It's not explicitly legal either, it's more like it was never made illegal. Animal abuse is ofcourse illegal, so it's a fine line should you consider...you know.what the hell is up with the bottom paragraph where they talk about animal sex?

I'd go off on a Boys2Men joke here, but this is a serious matter. I think (my own personal opinion) that in many cases this is unethical, and demeaning to children 
. Even if it is voluntary, children are still maturing and don't know all the consequences. I think it would be best for the children to avoid sexual activity until they are matured. But this is only my opinion. I'm sure the Netherlands have some sort of justification.
