YES on a worldwide survey, if parts of those 28,000 are represented by every country in the world proportional to the percentage of the population of their country to the world population. Uh... I think a better way of putting that would be "less unpopular". Anyway, the reason I think people feel that way is because the poll was on positive/negative influence, and since North Korea pretty much has no influence anywhere but North Korea, nobody really cared. The US however, has major influence everywhere, so a smaller problem in the States can still have a far greater global impact.Kinda raised my eyebrow that North Korea is more popular than the US though. That's messed up.
