I could... But I'm not sure I should. It is a pretty freak accident, its getting kind of weird. Could this be behaviour never observed before?

It may have been, but (again) it is being noticed due to Steve Irwin's death

In reality(yearly), more people drown in their bathtubs than are killed by stingrays.
