Italy's good, but they tend to slip-up sometimes. Like the tie with America. Though I'm hopeful.
Interestingly, the US is the only team to even *score* on Italy this World Cup. Okay, it was an Italian own-goal, but you gotta take 'em when you get 'em. :D

I hate penalty-kick shootouts.

Zinedine Zidane evidently took lessons from Wayne Rooney, losing his head by burying it in the chest of an Italian player and rightfully getting red-carded, ending his career in disgrace and making himself unavailable for the shootout. Of course, it may not have mattered....

Congratulations to Italy for winning their 4th World Cup and first since 1982! :D

When I saw Zidane do that, I couldn't believe my eyes for a moment! He's such a classy guy normally! Foolish, foolish move. They lost their best striker going into penalty kicks.
