Define Cynical Fan Forums

Rules are simple:

• Can only tag someone that's actually online at the same time as you.
  Must copy/paste the active Registered Users list at the bottom of the index screen to prove they were in fact on when you were.
  The person who was tagged is "it". they are the only one allowed to tag the next person to be "it".
  No tag backs allowed. (Meaning you can't tag the person that tagged you.)

Fine! (And thanks for the info!) I'll add one additional rule, JUST to make it easier/beter:

• If the person who is "it" has not tagged another within 24 hours, then the one who did the tagging regains the status of "it" and can tag another.

And since it HAS been over 24 hours:
