Just had some absolutely delicious Russian food which my Russian teacher got us to make. Moscovska salianka (sauerkraut, frankfurters, onions, mushrooms, all in a big pot), shashlik (lamb kebabs), Russian baklaczan (a dish with peppers, onions, mushrooms, aubergines and carrots in tomato sauce), aubergine caviar (aubergine cut up very finely and mixed with other vegetables) and pancakes.
Mmm.
