How could anything with music, dancing, men in fursuits, balloons and glitter ever transform into a gay pride dealie?

And with the change of one word, it went from being a gay pride parade to a furcon.

Some of the furries I know plan to fursuit for the annual gay pride parade this year. Of course, the fact that it's on Halloween weekend this year makes it slightly more acceptable, but STILL...

That's a great way to associate gay people with fursuiting. Do they realize how idiotic it is of them to do that? It'll accomplish nothing except letting the media go, "LOOK! GAY PEOPLE DRESS UP AS ANIMALS! HEATHENS!"
