I've posted a few posts already, but I thought I'd introduce myself a bit anyway. I got myself an avatar and a signature by now, so I hereby officially say HI. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://definecynical.mancubus.net/forum ... /smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Or more importantly, the lack of tags on them.

actually, most people are totally oblivious to the fact that you only can't if you are a mattress dealer. i've done it with mattresses i bought and don't intendt to sell. uhh... there's no IP log of me, is there?

It says 'not to be removed except by the consumer.' We're the consumer, are we not? Also, what happens if a person breaks into a mattress store and cuts the tags off, then goes back the nest day and buys one? Can the dealer sell them? Aside from the breaking and entering and vandalism charges, would it be illegal if the person intended to buy them the next day? If I did that, could I hire Mrs. M. Mudd to represent me in court?
