So I'm going to see Notorious Tomorrow night. I'm Excited: I've wanted to see this one for a while.

Whoa. This is one edgy thread.

I'm not one for pretty much anything rap, so I have no intentions to see it. The movies are always a good time though, so have fun!

I went through a phase where I thought I liked rap. Boy that was a rough 6 months.

If I watched movies, I would consider watching it.

The most I've ever liked rap was ICP (which is ironic, with how much they're hated), and I haven't listened to them in a couple years. My taste of music got a little more serious for their...interesting style. I still do have a BizZaR/BizAar blacklight poster though. Now the only rap song I will go near at all is "Damn it feels good to be a gangster", and that's just because office space is an awesome movie.

I thought ICP was the "juggalo" scene not the "hip-hop" scene don't they have Stupid-White-People™ stuff like screaming? and there's the stuff about ICP fans being rednecks

and, as for the movie, they showed it the other day here and someone got shot in the theatre. So, they're reopening it for viewing again tomorrow -lol-

True, but its still rap, so I threw it out there. I was no redneck though...I didn't get into the entire juggalo life, which is probably why I stopped listening to them. I might pick back up a song or two eventually, but I don't really care enough to.

ICP sucks so hard it's impossible to put it into words.

J-5 is where it's at.

And I admit my horrific folly. Its just another reason entirely of why I stay away from rap. Hip-hop is just an entirely other story of hatred, but I'm not even going to start on it, since I'm sure you've all heard it before from other people who hate it.

A little less angry and offensive and a little more intelligible, but for the most part.

it's ignorant racism to be even remotely upset by hip-hop or rap as a genre of music.

Protip: One of the first rock pioneers was black.
