Appropriate.
Alright; it's November, and the 50,000 word novel contest has started. As I have too much time on my hands, I will write a nanowrimo- as a Define Cynical group effort
I will write a fifty thousand word story abut any idea in this thread that is appropriate for #DefineCynical and isn't fanfiction. Ie, If you suggest an idea for the story, I will write the story to include that idea. Who ever posts First will give the basis for the story, and every other post will be included in the order they appear whenever I can enter them in the story
I will not write fanfiction ideas (No Lucarios) or things that are innappropriate for DefineCynical (no Lucarios) and everytime I write a reasonable amount, Ill post it in this thread.

We all know where Fritz found that picture.
On the story front, how about a little girl who, when she's barefoot, leaves flowers and plants sprouting in her wake from the place she stepped? Don't ask me why, it's an idea I wrote a poem about once.

Outside of a city, near to a forest, one man stood waiting, rubbing the sleep from his eyes. It wasn't late in the morning, nor even early. It was in the middle of the night. He waited, until out from the forest came another man into the moonlight.
"Arol." He greeted the man with a grin.
"Lucar." the man returned, walking up to stand beside his friend.
"It's been awhile. Hundreds of years this time, I think." Lucar said.
"You think? You haven't found out yet?" Arol asked with a yawn.
"When you sleep without dreams, any time can pass since last awoke, Arol. Waiting for you to get up, I haven't had time to inspect. I say hundreds of years because the city looks so much more large than before." Lucar waved over to the darkened city, whitely lit by the moonlight. Arol ignored it for a yawn.
"Sleep without dreams," Arol mused. "Lucar, do you suppose that what it's like to be dead?"
"I don't know; I've never died."
"It would be interesting to try, one day."
The two paused for a moment. Or at least the man Lucar did. Gazing down at the ground, he considered "Well death could be interesting, it isn't something we... Arol?"
"*ZzZz*"
"Damn it, Arol! Wake up!" Lucar slapped the sleeping man upside his head. "We've got work to do."
"Yehhh. Alright, Lucar. What's our mission this time?" Arol asked, rubbing his head.
"There is a girl, a special girl. A young special girl, so don't even think about it. Being young and special an as usual, entirely oblivious to how special she is, she needs our help."
"How will we know her?"
"...By the flowers in her aire."
"Well, that helps us."
