I remember back when we were a real fan forum, and had a lengthy discussion about wordfilters. It got to the point where people were just suggesting OM-related filters that humorously matched the real words, and people decided "no one is
ever going to talk about vaginas here, so lets just enfore rules and not filter. if someone swears, it's a good reason"

We wouldn't be having this conversation if the moderators ran a strictly regulated authoritarian police forum where the slightest infringement of the absurdly irrational rules results in a swift ban, which can only be lifted by the consultations of a secretive cabal of limited forum elites - as it should be.
