The baffling tale of inexplicable boob cake

I'm disoriented by this situation.
Today, boob cake appeared in my house. However strange that may be, the story just gets odder and odder. My name is written on the boob cake box twice for some reason and the message, "Hi cover boy, I moulded these for you" appears. You can probably make it out in the picture. This is completely cryptic and there is no clue given to who has placed the boob cake in my house. Now for the very odd part - the time window for placing.
BAM phoned me whilst I was putting out some rubbish and because I was on the phone when I went outside, I had to do that "Head - shoulder - hold" thing - so I looked directly at where the cake was to appear not long after, allowing me to be certain that it wasn't there. In the next fifteen minutes, someone came to my house, came in and left boob cake without me knowing, even though I was in the kitchen (and I live in a very small bungalow).
The Isle of Man is full of lunatics. This is even more cripplingly bizarre than the 5am delivery of school documents by a secretary (though that was an oddity, to be sure).
I may have to start locking the door when I'm IN, let alone out of the house.
