Ah indeed a very special b-day. Forgive the tardiness. This is the problem with only being on in the mornings most of the time. Hope you had a great one DC and thanks for this comic.

Happy birthday DCS! You're comic was what got me interested in webcomics

. I hope the cake flowed like good wine (which now that I think about it isn't all that appetizing of a thought

)! Too bad I wasn't on yesterday I could have gave you a recipe for a cake with no milk or eggs (tastes great and is kosher for all those cake lovers during Hunnakah! Not to mention great for vegetarians or vegans)! Its called "wacky cake" if you're interested, you could look it up online but I may be able to get a hold of a family recipe (its better to give someone something that you know works!). Whats more is that its CHOCOLATE!

You mean Passover/Pesach.

They can't eat cake on Hunnakah? I suppose they could eat it at Passover as well...

Oh, there are no special dietary restrictions on Hannukah, at least not the way I was raised. But Pesach is going on right now, and it limits the kinds of grain you can eat. Can't even eat corn, and that's no leavened bread.
