I applied for The Dream Job.
It was in Australia.
I didn't get a response for ages.
I gave up on it.
I got a response offering me an interview.
The interview is in London.
This Saturday.
I can't afford the flight.
I've had to decline.
Gutted.

I've been through all the "What If, Could I, Just Maybe, This Way Might Work" possibilities already and have had to reluctantly sigh and admit that I've been thoroughly beaten by circumstance.
I don't like today anymore.

I've never heard of having to travel thousands of miles just for an interview. Does the job itself require a lot of travel?
