If you're going by stages of the aging process relative to a real-world squirrel ...
Human to Squirrel: an 18-year-old human would be a little under a year old as a squirrel.
Squirrel to Human: 18 years after birth is far beyond the natural lifespan of a squirrel; you'd be looking at a weathered skeleton where the human used to be.
