...the end of december, I'm writing this now just to see if you're better. New york is cold, but I like where I'm living, there's music on Clinton Street all through the evening.

4AM? That's pantsless o'clock! Or is that beer time?
I don't know, I'm drunk and have no pants, I forget.

I hear that you're building your little house, deep in the desert. You're living for nothing now, I hope you're keeping some kind of record.

It’s 3 AM and I’m drifting
Staring at an illuminous screen, I’m pondering
What am I doing and why am I here?
It’s times like these when my future isn’t clear
In that place between when you’re asleep and awake
The time that you see yourself so hard to take
That sleepless while where it all falls apart
I wonder how in the world did I get this far?
But then I dream that I am who I want to be
That I’m successful and I’m free
Life’s no longer a mystery
I’m a hero on the big screen
I’m romantic hopelessly
I’m a soldier, a pioneer
There is no pain
I have no fear

Every OC remix with lyrics has the uncanny ability to have terrible lyrics, but still be awesome and get stuck in your head.
The exception being that ice cap zone remix with a rap over it which is actually really well done.

I get in from work at 2 a.m.
And sit down with a beer
turn on late night TV
And then wonder why I'm here
It's meaningless and trivial
And it washes over me
And once again I wonder
Is this all there is for me
Here I am again
Look at me again
Here I am again
On my own
Trying hard to see
What there is for me
Here I am again
On my own
Someone post a song dealing with 1 am or this thread fails.

Put your glad rags on and join me hon',
We'll have some fun when the clock strikes one.
We're gonna rock around the clock tonight,
We're gonna rock, rock, rock, 'till broad daylight,
We're gonna rock around the clock tonight.

Over the laws of light
Over the moon by midnight
Lets do it all this time
Everyone wishing well we go
Everyone knows anything goes
We are the lotus kids
Better take note of this
For the story

One, two, three o'clock, four o'clock, rock,
Five, six, seven o'clock, eight o'clock, rock,
Nine, ten, eleven o'clock, twelve o'clock, rock,
We're gonna rock around the clock tonight.
Put your glad rags on and join me, hon,
We'll have some fun when the clock strikes one,
We're gonna rock around the clock tonight,
We're gonna rock, rock, rock, 'til broad daylight.
We're gonna rock, gonna rock, around the clock tonight.
When the clock strikes two, three and four,
If the band slows down we'll yell for more,
We're gonna rock around the clock tonight,
We're gonna rock, rock, rock, 'til broad daylight.
We're gonna rock, gonna rock, around the clock tonight.
When the chimes ring five, six and seven,
We'll be right in seventh heaven.
We're gonna rock around the clock tonight,
We're gonna rock, rock, rock, 'til broad daylight.
We're gonna rock, gonna rock, around the clock tonight.
When it's eight, nine, ten, eleven too,
I'll be goin' strong and so will you.
We're gonna rock around the clock tonight,
We're gonna rock, rock, rock, 'til broad daylight.
We're gonna rock, gonna rock, around the clock tonight.
When the clock strikes twelve, we'll cool off then,
Start a rockin' round the clock again.
We're gonna rock around the clock tonight,
We're gonna rock, rock, rock, 'til broad daylight.
We're gonna rock, gonna rock, around the clock tonight.
THREAD OVER, I WIN.
