Are left brained or right brained?

This is MAD DOPE CRAZY FLY.

If you're left brained, you will see her twirling counter-clockwise.

If you're right brained, you will see her twirling clockwise.

So what are YOU
Who sleeps shall awake, greeting the shadows from the sun
Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...

Fascinating. I see her moving counter-clockwise so I must be left-brained. I am really good at math (or I used to be at least), so I guess that makes sense. People good at math tend to be left-brainers. I'm right-handed too, but I don't think that means much in this case.

I have looked at this many times today and have seen her spin both ways, but the majority of them are going clockwise, which means that I'm predominantly right brained.
Here is fine, there is good, but DC is my home (IRC is my vacation home that I visit more often than a normal person visits a vacation home.)

Initially, I saw it spinning clockwise. But whenever I looked down at her shadow, I started seeing her spinning counter-clockwise. After some time, I was able to change her spinning direction at will, though making her spin counter-clockwise demands more concentration.

Originally I could only see it clockwise, but after a while I could switch it at will. Concentrating on the feet helps makes it easier to switch.

I've seen it before - I can make it switch direction, etc. but I still don't see how it has anything to do with left- or right-brain dominance.

I initially see her spinning clockwise, which makes sense as I am "supposed" to be left-handed, but my kindergarten teacher forced our entire class to be right-handed. However, I can make her switch directions any time I want.

HINT: If you want to do the same thing, try staring at her foot which is on the ground...

Um...I've got it going both ways. First it goes clockwise, then it goes counterclockwise, then back.

What does that mean?

What does it mean that I originally see it as clockwise, then sometimes she suddenly goes counterclockwise, and then it switches back again, and I can't seem to control when it switches?

And it always starts clockwise?

Assuming that there is any truth to the "the direction it rotates determines your brain-ness", I'd say that the direction it starts in is what determines your brain-ness. So for you two, since it always starts clockwise, that'd indicate right-brain dominance.

I'd be very interested to know if there's anyone out there where the initial direction is random each time, though. Because I'd have no clue what that means. (Again, assuming this is true.)
