I was on my couch this evening, sipping some iced tea, and all of a sudden this thought pops into my head, which went like this:

Can you PM me some details on what's up and some details about his computer (anti-virus, firewall, OS, etc) and his connection (ISP, country of origin, etc) and I'll bring it up in the Staff forum further so we can get to the root of the problem and solve it !
