This has been on my mind and wanted to know you folks opinion on the ultimate issue:
TIME TO SETTLE THIS ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!
WHO'S COOLER? PIRATES OR NINJAS?
Bonus: Who would win in a fight?
A) Pirates
B) Ninjas
C) You!!! I'd just come at the end and wipe everyone out!

heh. the old "pirate vs. ninja" argument. two years ago we realized the truth. It depends on how many ninjas. One lone ninja kills the pirates swiftly, but multiple ninjas get in each others' way, allowing the pirates to attack.

B. The only advantage pirates have is guns. Ninjas don't have to worry about scurvy, eyepatches, peg legs, or too much rum.

With an exact number of both pirates and ninjas, they quickly combine to form Pinjas (or Nirates, if you have extra salt).

Ninjas.
Pirates are cooler, but ninjas would win in a fight.
"But the pirate can shoot him!"
Yeah, but the ninja is fast enouugh to dodge, and the pirate's gun takes forever to reload.
Pirate/ninja ratios:
10/1 winner: ninja
20/1 winner: pirates
20/2 winner: ninjas
30/2 winner: ninjas
The ninja has more than shuriken and swords. They have poison and bombs.

The thing that most people forget is that ninjas don't have ungodly speed. They are however sneaky little expletives and wouldn't hesitate to sneak aboard the ship at night and kill everyone or simply just let them "steal" poisoned grog.
... Now, if it was a question of Guybrush Threepwood versus a ninja, Guybrush would win. He has root beer.

People are analysing this too much, pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of each group as drawn from their depiction in modern popular culture.
The whole absurd humour of this comes from the fact that such a confrontation is impossible, this is why I voted on which I liked best from a completely subjective viewpoint. For me that's pirates.
And it's only a matter of time before someone brings robots and monkeys into the equation.

I like Ninjas better than pirates ((FYI my COH car is a ninja, and so is my COV.))
But in a fight... ME ALL THE WAY!

Monkeys cannot be action or inaction allow John Lennon to be harmed. Everyone knows this. Robots on the other hand always go crazy and try to kill humans. Oftentimes they unleash their secret weapon: Ahnold Shwohowdoyouspellhislastnamator.
