I'm not anythignb ut a member right now. I need to go through training before I'm a firefighter or an EMT. I'm definatly goign to be an EMT and I'll decide later on weather or not to becoem a firefighter/EMT. I am, however, a member of a fire company so I'm as close to beigna firefighter as sombody can get wihtou actuly beign able to fight fires.

Cool, I wish you luck on that. Firefighters and EMTs have my utmost respect and admiration. They're true heros in every sense of the word.

How exactly does "Steam Fire Engine" translate into Firefighter?

Wehn the company was founded they used steam engines to fight fires. It si a Fire Company that used STeam Engines. Now we sue the desial powed engines like every other fire company in the country.
