Here's another one!
I wonder if it'll finally get it's own forum too. I've always wanted a place online where I can talk about O&M.

So is this a thread for pictures of foxes or just anything? If the latter then the can never be used here....

At soem poitn Carniwores diverified acordign to location. The Carnivors in the Americas developed into the Vulpavines (dog group) whiel the ones in the Eurasian/African land mass became the Viverravines (cat group). I think Fox's developed in the old world and thus bart of the cat division of carnivores. When the seal level alowed traval for land species between the two halvs of the world is when the grousp mixed adn thus cat's in the Americas and Dogs in Eurasia. I think Fox's developed in the Old world and thus part of the cat group. MY quess is that it was the cat's try for a dog. Thus Fox's are more clsoly related to cat's then to dogs much to the surprise of some people.

I'm nto an expert on this and may quite be gettign several facts wrong. I apologise in advance fro my errors but this is what I remember reading and is what I think.
