There's something quite odd I found in this Sunday's Boston Globe's Sunday Comics section -- A Comic Strip of Calvin and Hobbes was there, a reprint of a strip back in 1995... Needless to say I was surprised that it was there...

Has anybody else experienced this phoenomenon, as part of the rebirth of such a classic strip? Or is this just Boston only? An inquiring mind would like to know

I've been reading all my old C&H books recently. Maybe it's more than coincindence.

I think Universal Press Syndicate has had Calvin and Hobbes in regular syndication continuously for the past 10 years. It all depends on whether your paper pays the money to print it . . . but there is also a web site:

Calvin and Hobbes

Share and Enjoy!

Hm, I thought pretty much everybody dropped it when the strip ended... Interesting theory, VisMis. Of course, I'm not complaining to see C&H back in the paper

It might not be a coincedence. Aren't they releasing the mega uber Calvin and Hobbes collection soon?

Wow, that's a tad stiff, but maybe if this junk can get cleared up I should be able to spare some bucks for it.
