Ok everyone...

Seeing that there are fewer days ahead for the summer season than there are behind,...I just thought Id start this thread.

So...who do you guys think will be in the World Series?

Sorry if any of you find this a boring topic...but hey..at least I tried.

Anyway I think you know who Im rooting for to make it to the WS...

and since my team is currently in a 5 game slump...im wondering if I should still be worried...or if I should back off this building ledge yet.

I love the name "World Series" when only one country plays the game.

But other than that, Ice Hocke is my game

You'll have to excuse my biased opinion, but...

They'll do it again this year...

And leave the Yankees like they did last year:
Would love to see a White Sox/Cardinals World Series...

But I shudder if we have to face a California team...

It seems Chicago has bad luck against Cali teams...(No offense to anyone from California...but I HATE California.)

And to the Boston fan...Yes It was cool seeing the Red Sox whup the Yanks last year...But Its time to give someone else a shot..(which am us) this year.

GO WHITE SOX!

And even though baseball is an all American sport basically, we do have international players in the game. Would be great to see American teams play Japanese, Latin American and Carribean teams, but they do that in the Little league
already dont they?

And yes, Hockey is a cool sport...but baseball is my game...so there you are.

...but then..the rest of the world likes Soccer, and last time I checked...no one has gotten trampled or killed at a baseball game yet...so ill stay as far as I can from the game of Soccer.

These are just my opinions..i could be wrong.
