Apple's releading the Mac OS X 10.4, "Tiger" on April 19th!<br><br>any other Apple heads out here?<br><br>the "Dashboard" reminds me something of MSs Sidepanel, except for how the Dashboard doesn't have to stay in the dock.<br><br>I am going to try and convince my dad to preorder that right now.

they're codenaming Mac OS X versions after large cats. 10.2 was Jaguar, 10.3 is Panther, 10.4 is Tiger.

As it so happens, our computer science club is having a meeting tonight, and a representative from Apple will be there. So if he reveals anything about Tiger that we didn't already know, I'll be sure to check back and post it.<br><br>BTW, that Search bar is a really cool idea. Makes you wonder why nobody else thought of it first.
