Assassin Game

I've seen this on a much larger board, but we'll see if we can get it to work here. It's a bit of roleplay, so if you do participate, try to stay "in character". Put a "OOC:" note if you are not speaking in character. Anyways, here's how the game works. First is the signup. We will need two assassins, three agents, and several senators. Assassins PM me, telling me which Senator they wish to target. Agents PM me, telling which Senator they wish to protect. If a targeted Senator is also a protected Senator, the Assassin is killed. The Agent is injured and unable to continue protecting. If targeted Senator is not protected, then the Senator is eliminated. The object of the game, is for the assassins to eliminate the Senators,without getting eliminated. If the assassins get eliminated, the agents, and Senators win. If the number of Senators equals the number of Agents, then Assassins win. The Senators are in town for an annual Senators Conference, and in between all the partying, dancing, and dining, you might even go to a seminar or two. Bribing of agents is acceptable, you can try to bribe the assassins. <img src='http://definecynical.mancubus.net/forum ... iggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /> For signups, post what position you want and I will update the list. Note that you can sign up for any of them, given that there is space. Assassins - include your "codename" Assassin - Beuwulf (Ozymandius) Assassin - Henohenomoheji Agents Agent - IHateUsernames Agent - Richard K Niner Senators - include what (fictional) state you are from. (This list does not need to be filled, but the more the merrier.) 1. - ThunderFox (Ruedii-X) from the State of Insanity 2. - Holyman83 from the State of Nothingness 3. - 4. - 5. - 6. - 7. - 8. - 9. - 10. - 11. - 12. - 13. - 14. - 15. - Also, one of the Senators needs to volunteer to be the "host" - the conference will be held in their state and they can organize some of the gatherings/outings/etc. Aside from being the GM of this, I will also be the local newscaster who reports the progress and isn't quite right in the head. Any posts as the newscaster will be written in blue text. EDIT: Slight change. Assassins and Agents should PM me directly. No need for a head Agent.

Well, actually, don't bother with the PMs until I announce the start. This usually works best if everyone knows who everyone else is, leading to more interaction and taunting (which is somewhat a part of the game). Erm, just curious, but did you mean "Beowulf"?

[BUMP] ...there were no serious casualties, although some reports indicate that the cow involved in this accident may have suffered deep emotional wounds. In other news, the ex-agent of the British government, known only as "Beuwulf," has been rumoured to have been spotted near the site of the upcoming Senators Conference. Residents are advised to "batten down the hatches, arrrrr," as stated by local Sherrif and Ex-Pirate Johny McDoubloon. The British government has not yet issued an official statement on the matter. Senitor ThunderFox has started passing out leaflets on his promotion of switching all government computers to use a new secure Linux variant. He is gaurded closely by his gaurd of 64 Sock Monkeys, who throw sock monky feecies (a.k.a. lint) at any Pro-Windows protestors.

The secretary, a raving lunatic that thinks the moonites are invading starts handing out flamethrowers with each pamphlet as well. Distributes material on his legeslation for subsidizing research on making Biofuel out of Rutebegas, also noting that such fuel could power flamethrowers.
